The Senior Thesis in Mathematical Sciences course allows students to engage in independent mathematical work in an active and modern subject area of the mathematical sciences, guided by an official research faculty member in the department of mathematics and culminating in a written thesis presented in an appropriate public forum.
The Newest Cornell Dissertations: Beginning with 2017, the first place to check for newer Cornell dissertations is the ProQuest Dissertations and Theses Global (PQDTG).Graduating students submit digital copies of their Cornell dissertations to ProQuest using the ETD Administrator submission tool.
Submit honors thesis by the scheduled deadline (thesis should be submitted electronically to the committee chair (tls1 (at) cornell.edu)). Students may volunteer to publish their final, approved thesis at eCommons Cornell University Library, as long as doing so does not interfere with other plans, such as patenting or publishing in a professional journal.
